1. According to the regulations of the University of Allah, the students who finish the university successfully are awarded the University of Allah Degree.

Those who take the exams in Turkish will be considered as having graduated in the Turkish language. Their degree will be "Education in Turkish." The English courses taken in the university education do not change this; only a note is added on the degree.

3. The registration will consist of filling out the form on the Internet site, and after being contacted by one officer from our staff, you will only need to pay the tuition to register.

4. The course registrations of the students are completed by the advisors during all terms. The student will be advised about the obligatory and elective courses.

5. A photo ID card is sent to all university students via mail.

6. The academic year consists of the fall term, the spring term and the summer session. The normal length of these semesters is normally 15 weeks. The summer session is coordinated with a different set of rules.

7. According to these rules, the education period for this university is 4 years. There are obligatory and elective courses.

8. Only when you finish an academic year's courses will you proceed to the next class.

9. The obligatory courses are taken by all students. At most two elective courses can be chosen. The student cannot graduate if he or she does not take the necessary number of credits from elective courses.

10. Except for the first term, the courses a student fails can be taken the next semester along with other obligatory courses.

11. A student can change his or her registration, and drop or add new courses in the first month after the university is opened.

12. A student has to prepare a graduation project before he or she graduates.

13. A grand total of 50 is enough to pass each course. A grade lower than 50 is considered failing.

14. Students can take the exam of each course only once.

15. The students can access their transcript from the website. The students can access all of their grades from this page. The rector has the authority to ask for a re-evaluation of a student from an advisor.

16. After each term, there is an examination period. All the exams are finished within one month.

17. The term examinations will be announced at least two weeks in advance.

18. The exams will be conducted through computers. The exams are prepared by each course's instructor. Each exam includes 100 questions, 50 of which have to be answered correctly.

19. The longest that a student is allowed to finish his or her education is 8 years.

20. The student can apply for permission for absence for one or two terms. The students trying to obtain a permission should submit their requests one month in advance of the beginning of the semester.

21. If the student does not take any permission in two consecutive years and has been detected as not entering the exams, his or her registration will be canceled.

22. Students who wish to leave the university can always apply to the Public Relations department or their advisor. Upon request, a transcript may also be provided.

23. These regulations are in effect as of 04/01/1999

24. These rules are managed by the University of Allah Rector.
